Hot Smoking Guide
- Soak the Olive Root Wood Fine Chips in water for a minimum of 30 minutes.
- Prepare the smoker if you are using charcoal
- The temperature should be around 100-120 degrees Centigrade or as per the manufacturer´s instructions.
- Add the chips to the metal smoker box and place on top of the charcoal.
- Cook according to the manufacturer’s or recipe instructions.
